Don't outsource your judgment
There are two things you can hand to AI: the work, and the thinking. Only one of those is safe to give away.

Let it draft the email, sort the list, summarize the report. That's work, and handing it off buys you time. But which email matters? Is the summary fair? Should you hit send? That's judgment. The moment you stop asking those questions, you're not using the tool anymore. It's using you.
